Shipping

Customized products will be shipped within a minimum of 7 days depending on the tailored order quantity, season, complexity, and nature. Most purchased items that are ready to dispatch will be sent within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.

To accommodate my customers in the best way possible Priority Rate Shipping fee is flat at $9.99 regardless of the weight and quantity of the acquired items and will be delivered within 2-3 days from the shipping date.

Free shipping may be selected at checkout after a $149.00 total amount of the entire order has been exceeded.

Returns

THE UNUSED PRODUCT can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping please get in touch with Lunaries WITHIN 72 HOURS from the delivery date.

All returns must be supported by either a photo(s) or a video for the replacement to be considered.

When returning damaged or a defective product, please package it securely so it doesn’t suffer further damage during transit. Lunaries will not be responsible for altered returns during the shipping process.

ALL PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Lunaries takes great effort to discuss the customer’s needs supported by pictures which greatly help with colors, shapes, and other details needed for the requested artwork.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
